Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) within 7–10 working days of approval.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Special Conditions
Adventure Activities / Treks: Bookings for treks, camping, and adventure activities are partially refundable due to advance arrangements.
Fixed Departure Tours: Seats reserved in fixed departures may have stricter refund policies.
Peak Season / Festival Bookings: During holidays (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.), refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Helicopter / Flight Services: Refunds for helicopter tickets or flights depend entirely on airline/operator policies.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural calamities (floods, landslides, storms, etc.)
Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
Roadblocks or transport delays
Weather-related cancellations
In such cases, we will try our best to reschedule your trip or provide alternative options.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Service charges, booking fees, and GST are non-refundable.
Unused services (meals, sightseeing, transport, etc.) are non-refundable once the trip starts.
