Question: What is TourMyHoliday?

Answer: TourMyHoliday is a Travel Agency based out of Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi India, Established in 2015.TourMyHoliday is an authorized seller of Premium chain hotels such as Taj, Oberois, ITC, Starwood, Hilton, Marriott, Lemon Tree, and many more. We cater to all needs of the travellers like 3,4 or 5 Star Hotels, private cabs, Coach travel, English Speaking Drivers, Guides as well as niche demands like Senior Citizen Tours, Women only Tours, Wildlife Expeditions, Photography Tours, Customized Honeymoon Tours, etc.


Question: Why should I trust you?

Answer: TourMyHoliday has been operating since 2005, The guest feedback for TourMyHoliday is excellent. On securing a tour with us, We provide the guest with payment flexibility where only a token advance is to be paid to process the reservation, the balance payment can be remitted after we provide the confirmations from the hotel/hotels.


Question: How much would I pay upfront?

Answer: Based on the discussion with your Travel Counselor, you have to pay 10% - 25% of your Total Trip amount to process the reservation. The balance amount can be paid after receiving the Travel vouchers.


Question: What are the supported modes of payment you accept?

Answer: You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques, or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards and most major debit cards which are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.


Question: What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: Since we customize packages as per your demands, the cancellation policy varies across hotels and services. However, you're informed about the detailed cancellation policy before you make any payments


Question: What if I face any issues during the Tour?

Answer: There would be a dedicated Travel Counselor assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the time the tour ends, In case of any issues faced by you, a solution would be immediately offered, still unsatisfied you can escalate the call to our Director, Mr. Ashutosh Sharma- Mobile No. 9999084608, Email- ashutosh@tourmyholiday.com. The Hotels, Transport and the services used by us are tried and tested.


Question: Is my Personal Information Safe?

Answer: Tourmyholiday.com ensures your credit card information is transmitted over secure lines and is not stored by Tourmyholiday. tourmyholiday.com uses a mechanism widely used by the e-commerce communities to transfer sensitive data over the Internet called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a protocol that provides communications privacy, authentication, and message integrity and prevents eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery by encrypting data.

To check when SSL is active, note the following:
1. Internet Explorer: right click your mouse and select 'properties'. The URL will display for the page you are viewing as 'HTTPS which denotes that the page is secured/SSL is in effect.
2. Netscape: the padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser will appear closed. All those pages that require you to disclose private information are covered by our SSL encryption that is certified by Verisign.


Question: How do I Change or Cancel a Booking?

Answer: To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at info@tourmyholiday.com or contact us via the contact page.

Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on tour type/ seasonality.
