Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TourMyHoliday. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment as agreed at the time of booking.
The balance amount must be paid at least [7–15 days] before the tour start date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods.


2. Rates & Validity
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees unless specified otherwise.
Prices may change due to revisions in fuel charges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control.
In case of unavoidable changes in accommodation, transport, or itinerary, we will provide an equivalent alternative.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing Email- info@tourmyholiday.com
Refunds will be processed as per the following schedule:
Time Before Departure    Refund Amount
30 days or more    90% refund
15–29 days    50% refund
Less than 15 days    No refund
“No-show” or unused services are non-refundable.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.


4. Force Majeure
TourMyHoliday shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control including natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events.


5. Safety & Responsibility
Travelers must share accurate identity and health details before travel.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included in standard packages.
TourMyHoliday will not be liable for loss, theft, injury, or incidents arising from inherent travel risks.


6. Accommodation & Transport
Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to property policies.
If the chosen hotel is unavailable, we will provide a similar category alternative.
Vehicles are allocated based on group size. For shared trips, seat allocation may be rotated.


7. Itinerary Changes
Any request to change dates, destinations, or itinerary must be made in writing at least 10 days before the trip.
Additional costs may apply for changes.
Last-minute changes may not be possible.


8. Traveler Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of guides, drivers, or staff.
Misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers others may result in removal from the tour without refund.


9. Liability Disclaimer
TourMyHoliday is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed flights, loss of workdays, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/State], India.


10. Special Services (Trekking / Helicopter / Adventure)
Adventure activities (trekking, rafting, camping, helicopter rides, etc.) carry inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.
Special services may have separate cancellation and rescheduling terms.


11. Cancellations & Refund Process
Requests must include your booking ID and traveler details.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation request within 48 hours, please contact us immediately.


12. Taxes & Additional Costs
GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as per government norms.
Extra services requested by travelers (extra meals, room upgrades, additional activities) will be charged separately.


13. Use of Media
Photographs and videos taken during tours may be used by TourMyHoliday for promotional purposes unless travelers notify us in writing not to do so.
